The Alpha and Omega of Fitness

Personal training allows for social distancing by only taking no more than two clients at a time. (The two clients have to be related or have some interaction prior to joining the program).  Other than that, our programs are one on one for 1 hour of fitness which includes Cardio and Core.

The pieces of equipment that will be used will be sanitized before you use them and again after you use them.  Since Billy decides the programs, he is able to select the equipment he needs to give you. (just like a golfer knows what club to chose for use to get the job done) Billy knows what programs to choose to use for males, females or gender friendly clients to get the job done.

New Bodies by Billy is taking memberships and appointments for May 15th and on.

Our facility is a controlled environment, so please call or text to schedule an appointment.  For safety reasons, walk-ins are not allowed at this time.
